Hard to believe but the rally is HERE!

Some folks will be pulling out and traveling tomorrow...while others will actually arrive tomorrow!!!

My family will be leaving northern Indiana early on Thursday for arrival at Twin Creek Thursday afternoon. Rally goers will be arriving Wednesday thru Saturday.

It has been a long road getting here and we are very excited to finally meet everyone…and we will raise a glass to those unable to attend…we’re hoping to make this an annual event…so there’s always next year!

We are still assembling stuff for the rally but most all is done.

Weather in Gatlinburg on the long term forecast has upper 80’s during the day and mid/low 60’s at night. Rain percentages are typical 30-40% chances down to nothing…those don’t worry me in the least…

God Bless to all that are traveling and please travel safe!

See you all soon.

We’ll try and post some pictures of the rally…I’m hoping to get a group truck photo…will have to find a good spot for that backdrop.

Joe.

I am so excited that it is finally here and that things worked out I can go. Sorry I just had to vent that with someone. I will be coming alone, the wife is gvisiting with her sister so she can't make it. I hate that I will miss her and the boy but we will raise a glass to her and those that can't attend.

I can't wait till tomorrow, did I say I can't wait?

It looks like I will be the only OBS there as far as I know. Oh well my skin is thick.

Travel safe everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and Welcome to the great state of Tennessee

Safe travel to all!!! I wish we could have made the trip... but my family's OBX adventure was our vacation for the summer... If gas wasn't so darn expensive... I came real close to talking myself into driving down but a my OBX gas bill over 600 bucks.

Hey Joe... I think a picture of all those in attendance is a great idea... plus I sure hope everyone going takes lots of pictures!!!

Happy camping!!!

Wish we were there!!

That's actually nothing more than a small inconvenience if a person really wanted a 500 horsepower V-10.

Well the Sweeney family made it back to the Atlanta area this afternoon after a great time with a bunch of colorful and unique fun bunch of people. Joe and Tracy did a great job of organizing the event and everyone had a great time.

I know there will be plenty of photos posted but the group picture showed either 14 or 16 rigs, including one that we picked up in the campground! (It was hard not to notice this group).

Plenty of activities for the families that were there and great food and late nights around the fire where I think we solved most of the world’s problems.

I’ll let Joe or someone else file the official report but we toasted those who could not join us and made some new friends.

Thanks to Joe and Tracey (X_HEMI_GUY) for all the hard work.

Until next time!
