Check this out!! The turbine got stuck in overspeed due to a valve failure and dientigrated upon itself!!! The two techs got out in time and took the video.
We had this happen last summer less than 5 miles from where I work!! Those two techs did not get out in time. One was at the top, and was killed. The other was half way down and went for a wild ride!!
Talk about what hits the fan will not be evenly distributed!!

I've seen big gasers self destruct and they shoot some serious shrapnel but it's real scary to watch that big piece of pipe fracture and come down. And I thought the tree on my truck was bad. OUCH.
