Bill I don't think it's anti-theft, like you had mentioned.. just locks and unlocks doors w/panic button. If you lock the doors and pull handle through window there's no alarm that goes off (although I got my hopes up... Anti-theft= insurance break )

For 97 it shows as anti theft/pannic.
