Stock 400m cam specs

Not sure of the year but the 400m came out of a LTD wagon.
What is the lift durations and separation. Were there differnt specs for various years?

for years, no, for trucks verses cars yes. the difference is small, just lift i think. ill look it up when i go home.

ok stock cam specs. 256/272 38 overlap .422/.427 lift
this is from ford performance by pat ganahl. these may have varied over the years, but never by much.
