My ford is trying to talk to me what is he trying to say?

I have a couple new noises going on. The first is some squeeking when I am running in gear. It sounds like something to do with the belt any thoughts/ I was going to try belt dressing.

2nd This one is worrying me. When I am on the high way running When i step on the gas i get a little clunk and when I slow let off i get this loud real load vibrating noise. Its driving me crazy. Not sure if its traney related.

I thought if i would change the oil it would help I wanted to be sure. We need help.

You don't have one ....

You do have a slip joint that may need some grease ,,,,

I just had a thought / brain fart. If i take off the house battery terminal with the lights and what not on he shuts off. Do u think that the alternator being shot might be making the squeeking noise up front?
