2001 Supercrew aftermarket Front Bumper

2001 Supercrew aftermarket Front Bumper
I have seen a few supercrews with a front bumper that it looks like there is a skid plate flush in the center of the bumper. No shop here in Vegas seems to know who makes it or where I can buy it. Does anyone know who makes this bumper or where I could call to get it? Thanks.
