blower motor question

i have searched and searched and cant find an answer. how do i get the blower motor out of a 79 f250 with out ac?

Yep, you have to take the whole plenum assembly out from under the dash. There are a couple of bolts in the engine compartment on the fire wall. It helps to take the glove box out. You will need to remove the vent door on the passenger's side as well as the two control cables. It's not that hard, just a lot of work for a small problem - but you can clean and lubricate everything, so you got that going for you.
