DE claimed MD Eastern shore because it was closer and less costly for those peeps to attend DE meets rather than crossing the bay.

So somebody nominate somebody for Chapter Leader. Keep the nominations open for a month, then have an election. The Chapter Leader can take it from there either by appointing members to be board members and then those leaders can reorganize the chapter and delegate duties.

 

Yeah, I understand, not everyone can make every meeting due to everyone having things to do, work, etc......, but I think if everyone makes an effort to attend meetings that would be fantastic.

It seems to me that maybe we should consider this issue when the nominations are complete, that way we can hammer out the details with all the members and decide what the best course of action should be.

 

well then we would have to elect a treasurer that is subject to audit.
