4.2 302 and 316 codes

hi, i have a 2003 4.2 w/160,000 miles misses at idle,and at 1000 rpms going down the road,cel on ,showing 302 and 316 codes,cheked all plugs they look clean,cleaned maf sensor,throttle body,aic valve.sprayed all vaccum line w/carb cleaner no difference noticed,plugs,wires and coil pack replaced,checked egr by plugging line and made no difference on how it ran,i dont know what else i can check,any thoughts would be appreciated.thanks bill

Sorry for not responding sooner. My web time has been limited lately.
Since both codes are related to misfires, I'd tend to think that is where your problem lies.

Any chance you didn't connect the new plug wires correctly?
You might have to get on of those in-line gizmos to verify you are getting fire to each plug.
Maybe have Ford put it on their diag computer to see what that turns up.

Wish I could be more help, but given the codes, and the fact that your running symptoms match the codes, I think you are just stuck until you can verify you are getting fire to each plug.

Did the codes stay the same before and after the parts were replaced?
