Body Work/Shoulder Belt Install

Hey gang -

Found this thread on NE body shops, though if someone wants to add anything wrt recommended shops in the Boston area, please do. Not ready to do the body work just yet; I want to sort out a lot of mechanical issues and the project below but before I tear into bed fixing, etc. I'm hoping to get an assessment from a trained eye of what all needs to be done & if it's all even doable.

The other thing is installation of shoulder belts, which would seem to require some welding, even if the proper plating is already installed on the B pillar and you just have to get the mounting nut in there. Anyone know a welder/fab tech with a good reputation doing this kind of thing? I'm all for shortcuts and shade-tree, but not here. I was looking at some of those new model seats with the integrated shoulder belts, but the backs look so thick I'd have the steering wheel in my sternum.

Please let me know any thoughts or recommendations. Thanks!
