Real oil pressure gauge install help needed.

I have an 07 Explorer with a 4.0 SOHC, I would like to install a real oil pressure gauge since it only has an idiot light.

Where would be a good place to install an oil pressure sensor. I saw an internet install which used the factory block location with a tee to keep stock unit and the aftermarket unit getting information from the same location.
Does this sound correct?

Yes. Teeing into the stock location is the most common and easiest way to do it.
