still got a short open somewhere. Do the lights stay on when you hit the power lock WITHOUT using the remote?? If not, the remote relay sytem is sticking. If they stay on if you htt he power lock button in the truck, then you need to talk to someone that knows more than me...LOL
On the starting, it may take 4 to 5 cycles of cranking to get some fuel to it. Also check to make sure that your number 22 fuse under the hood is not popped. Thats about all that I can think of off the top of my head, unless your low on oil, that will do it too.........

Check the pressure while cranking. You should see something.. if not try switching to the other tank if you have one.
No electric shut off on the FP but you may have a restriction from the tank(s) to the pump. Blow air through the return line, you should hear bubbling in the tank.
WAG: Are you low on fuel? The fuel pickup tube in the tank have been know to crack. Ususally it surfaces as a bad running engine first (aeration) but if you parked on an incline the crack may be totally exposed....no fuel.

I just took off the fuel bowl checked filter screen, ok saw a small red wire that was rubbed through and grounded to metal, fixed that, i couldnt be that lucky, cranked motor with fuel bowl off, pump is pumping fuel, put it all back together checked fuel pressure 0 psi no smoke at t pipe both tanks half full seems like the injectors are not firing, ipr? seems to be electrical problem.
