Ok, I know this is all up to personal preference but I would like you all's opinion on a 2wd flatbed. I am figuring on pulling the bed to make it easier to work on blasting the frame and fixing the cab. That is when the flatbed idea came in. What do you think? Pic of my truck is in the gallery if you havent seen already.
Oh, and I was thinking a regular flatbed like a Bradford Built instead of a homemade one.

Thanks!!

If you'd get use out of it, I'd say go for it! My next question is, what are you going to do with that bed?? Is it in good shape? I am probably going to need one for my '67.

My thought is if you are going to use the truck as a truck the flat bed is great. On a "sport or hot rod" truck I like a regular or step side box better. I know some folks have used flat beds when their other box was shot and it was a easy and economical solution to replacing bad one and they looked good.
