I have a bunch of vacuum ports on the carb and on the base of carb should i plug the or leave them open with my DS conversion.

i heve converted to DS and removed all the vac bank but i am left with many open vac ports on the carb and cab spacer shuold i plug the or leave them open

there is a screw with a spring on my car is below the fuel filter on my BII. what is this screw for ? how you use it?

for a starting point,screw them in till snug,back them out 2 turns, then one at a time screw them in till the engine starts running rough,them back them out till the engine smooths out or the highest rpm
