Cool Rain causing elec. short.

97 F-150 4.2 ex-cab, 2-wheel drive

About a month ago after a hard rain I got in my truck and without the key in, the blower motor was running and the key buzzer was going off. I put the key in and tried to turn the engine over but the battery was dead (click/click). I took out the battery (which is good and new) charged it put it back in and it started right up.The blower motor was still on and the door/Key buzzer was still on. By the time I got my truck home all was working like normal but my airbag light was on......... I guess having the heat stuck on dryed out whatever got wet. I checked everywhere I could think of that water might get in under the dash and under the hood. I couldn't find a thing. Then last week it happened again. This time on top of everything else the dash (insturments) will go off and all the service lights will come on as I was driving, it did this about 20 times. Also the radio light isn't working, or any of the dash lighting and the blower motor will only work on the two high settings. but the engine is running good. I know there's water getting in somewhere but I can't find out where. Has anyone had this problem or know where the water could be getting in to cause these problems????????????????FYI no seals have been changed recently, window or under dash etc.

And not sure if it's related in some way but I pushed my clutch in and get a weird buzzing clicking noise under the dash. Happened last time I drove my truck and the clutch and throw-out bearing are fine.

Look for wetness in and around the fuse box and a GEM module located in the same area.
