Question bug shield installation

I'm trying to install a bug shield on my 04 F150. Trying to remove the nuts holding the grille, they're rusted so I sprayed with wd40. The bolt and nut turn and there doesn't seem to be a way to reach the head of the nut to hold with a wrench. Just the nut is exposed. Any suggestions.... Thanks.

First of all don't use WD-40 it isn't a penetrating fluid, use Kroil, Liquid Wrench or PB-Blaster just to name a few and keep soaking them for a couple of days.

Good luck...
