Automatic rear window question

I have a 2004 F-150 and my automatic rear window does not work anymore. I checked the fuse and that wasn't the issue. I'm hoping it's not the motor but I'm hoping it's something I can do without spending an arm and a leg for to repair. Any suggestions?
