Is it possible to make the wheels turn sharper on a 92 supercab long box

How Is it possible to turn up the turning radius on my 92 f250 supercab longbox I have the heaver frontend does that effect it ?

Hate having the wheels not turn sharp enough. The truck has stock wheels and tires size. I think some one has had 33's or bigger tires on it one time

You can try to adjust steering stops in a little bit (I can't remember how they are set up on a F250). But you want to be be careful not to adjust them too much. You can cause the front axle u joints to bind with the hubs locked and cause a steering issue. Or in 4wd, you can break axles, u joints etc.

FORD MEGA CAB!!! is starting off with a positive reputation.
I have the same problem!! I can't figure out why mine wont turn on a dime or even a half dollar. I block 4 lanes of traffic just trying to pop a u and people run when I park next to them. Ya, mine will turn circles....around texas. I wouldn't even be able to touch an s-10.. I think even some semi's can turn tighter than me. Any solutions would be absolutly wonderful. (if there are any)

!---------------------------------------------------------------! over 23ft! Surely this ain't the problem.

Yall have a great day.

I just got a '87 F250 supercab longbed 4x4. My thoughts are that the turning radius is directly related to the front leaf spring suspension. I would figure the wheels can only turn in as far until they would come in contact with the leaf springs. I may be totally wrong but this is my thinking.

Spring to tire clearance when turning will be the limiting factor.

I would assume your 78 also has front leaf springs. The extra length of the supercab obviously doesn't help but do you have aftermarket wheels on your 78? Wheel offset can make a little difference.
