Well I need to redo my exhaust as it is leaking in a few different spots now. The truck is a 77.5 f-250 4wd with 4 speed 1bbl carb
my question is has anybody tried running one of the 1 in 2 out mufflers on a stock 300? Any thoughts on how it might sound with one of those type mufflers?
i am running true dual straight pipe and i love it!! I have been trying to find the perfect exhaust for my 300 for a couple years, i have tried many different combinations and i think that straights with no cats is the best, like a tractor on steroids without the ricer "ting" at high rpms.
i had a 81 F150 with the 300 I6 and carb, it had a flowmaster 1 in and 2 out on it, was a long bed, i'm not sure what series the muffler was, and it sounded really good, i wish i knew what series it was, i'd put the same set up on my 95 short bed efi
