is the programmer III upgradable from the computer or not i heard someone saying that you can upgeade the tunes on it but i have looked every where and i couldnt find anything about it its for a 2004 f150 new body style 5.4L v8

No, the PP3 is not internet update able. I remember the scan tools were update able, but I don't think it allowed you to change the tunes.
