400 4x4 oil pan

Im trying to find a stock replacment oil pan for my 400.
Its a rear sump and all I can find is a front sump.
Milodon does have a rear sump but its @ $300.
I just need a regular old stock pan. I hate to use my old leaky one on a fresh rebuild.
Any advice would be great, Thanks, jjddoogg

I see them going on eBay all the time, just keep checking. Otherwise the local scrapyards are your best bet. What is wrong with your pan?

Thanks for using FTE!

My old pan leaks around Where the dipstick screws in. I will use it as a last resort. I was just hoping to find one in better shape.

Here's a little fix it for your leaking pan.
Get some Brake Clean and wash the whole pan up nice and clean. use the whole can if you have to paying extra attention to the dip stick area after you get it really clean wipe dry whit clean rags, and then blow the dip stick area with compressed air if you got some.Make sure you get all the brake clean out of the fabric gasket. Now get yourself some good Clear silicone and go all around the edge pushing the silicone into the crease. Let set up ...... Your done Good as NEW

If the pan is off the engine you can drill out the rivets and make a new gasket and install with silicone. For fasteners you can use rivets or machine screws with locknuts.Thats work for me.Hope this helps.
