Thank you for the warm welcome. I joined the ranks of the old truck owners club in Sept 07 with the purchase of a 54 f100 short box that was already a work in progress. Some day at completion it will be mostly stock accept for power steering and brake conversions, both of which are done. At this time it is a rolling chassis. Frame is cleaned & painted, front end completely rebuilt, front & rear spring pins, bushings, spring liners & new ubolts. Brakes done. I should start motor rebuild next but don't have the green$ for that right now. It's a 223 6 cyl with 4 speed. I would like to change to a three in the tree if someone has one so the shifter isn't on the floor. Overdrive would be even better! Any way thats what you guys can get me for a welcome to the forum gift. I will even come get it.

Welcome turnjr! Sounds like a great truck. I have a 3 speed in my '73 I'd love to get rid of eventually, but some evildoer converted it to floor shift.
