So by stroking my 4.6, how close would I get to a 5.0 displacement? Or would it be even more than the 5.0?

Most of the 4.6L stroker kits take you out to 5.0-5.1L depending on the supplier.

I'm very pleased with the rotating assembly that I purchased from Livernois.
