Leaky Master Cylinder - 6.0L
My truck is back at dealership for leak repair at 33,000 miles. I asked the dealer what was listed in Oasis and he said nothing is listed.
1. Typical buildup on the bell housing - 3rd time for this issue. They filled with dye yesterday and I am awaiting the results.
2. The CAC hoses are leaking. I asked them if they could replace with hoses that won't leak...i.e. aftermarket and he said I don't think so. I guess after the warranty is up, I will purchase the aftermarket non-leakers that are oil resistant.
3. The Master Cylinder is caked with grime. The dealer said this is normal and they aren't going to fix it. What is that about?

Just had my Master Cylinder replaced last week due to a bad sensor. Replaced one of my lower cac tubes while it was there, no problems at all. They did replace my lower ball joints and said they did an alignment. After having driveability issues, took it to an independant and found out they never did an alignment. Going back again tomorrow to the dealership to fix...
