interior lights and bed light won't turn off
Hello. I have an 05 F150 that my wife was nice enough to take to the car wash today. after leaving the car wash, she noticed that the map lights, center overhead, and bed lamp would not turn off, though they did after quite some time.
Any ideas what would cause this? I tried to find out which fuse(s) controled these, but couldn't tell from the owner's manual. Any help would be appreciated!

Sounds like the same thing that would happen to my old Bronco. The source was car wash water getting into the door open/closed switch on the door jamb. It would trick the electrical system into thinking that the door was opened and the lights would come on.
I can't remember exactly how the switch is set up on the F150, but take a look and see if it has a broken/cracked rubber boot, or other place that water can get in. Dry it out with a towel / compressed air, etc and maybe spray a little WD40 into it to get rid of the water. The lights should shut off.
