Depending on what the timeline is - I will be headed towards Murrieta at the end of the month & if someone else can't make it out before then I can probably have a look for you.
Here is the 74 f250 4X4 crew short box I bought a couple of weeks ago out of Arizona and a little of my finger as it looks like I suck at taking pics with my phone. Plans are for a frame off with a 6bt and 5 speed stick. I am sure it will take quite a while and I need to raise funds. I had been wanting one of these for years and could not let this go when I found it. Very little rust, none to cut out. A/C cab but no power steering or brakes, Dana 60 front and rear. I have been enjoying the forum for a while but this is my first post.[IMG][IMG]http:///IMG][IMG]http:///IMG]/IMG]

Reason: more pics
The guy lived in Chandler and drove it to the Phoenix airport. He picked me up when I flew in and I drove it home. He wanted $5800.00 and I got it for $5300.00. I know some might still think that is a high price but I dont have to cut any rust out of it and needed a 73 or 74 to be smog exempt for California emissions. I will keep it for the rest of my life.
There is a tank in the front of the bed that runs side to side and it holds about 45 gallons. I will get a tank for under the bed eventually. It is actually a 78 cab.
Looks like a good truck to start with. I think that the "i'll keep the truck for the rest of my life" is something all of us crew guys tell ourselves when we were looking for that right crew. lol. You said dana 60 up front. Looks like a low pinion model from the pic. Anyways, good luck with the project.
