Did they relocate the CC badges for the 4WD, or is this because of the year? Mine ('78 2WD) are located on the front fender, in front of the wheel arch. Interesting...

That thing scares me. I hope all of you have sense enough not to go that route when doin suspension work. He used Sch 80 pipe. Pipe is for your toilet. The idea was good but he had no idea what he was doing. Always use DOM tubing. I dont care how much you have to scrimp and save pennies. A little money is not worth someones life.

Ok so apparently some small minded people dont understand that the truck in this signature is a combination of many sarcasims. Please quit being stupid and study up before you run your mouth about it.

Brother-in-laws six door rides like a log wagon, and it's longer and lower than that thing. I bet it can't be rode in.

Looks cool though...!

i hope no one decides to start chopping that spare classic crew cab they have sitting in their yard just to make a six door one. i cant see the value going up at all. i vote not a good idea. looks too limo-ish, but a crew with a super cab rear half, or a bronco rear half (my fav) added looks good.

I agree that you probably wouldn't want to go hackin a perfectly good CC up to do it, but if I had an extra CC lying around that maybe had severe front end damage I'd do it. The super cab idea has run thru my mind several times lately as well. There are a few of those around locally that I could get for next to nothing. That'd mean stretching frame and all sorts of other minor issues that would do nothing more than delay my project even more. Besides the problem of having to sleep in the shop, with one eye open, and a diff cover over my 'nads...

The big issue I have with the stretch is the turning radius just sucks! There ain't a parking spot big enuff, or a street wide enuff to angle park, and then there's all the a-holes who just have to give their opinion of how they would have done it and made it soooo much better...

Sound kinda bitter, don't I? Thank some of those fine residents of Lawrence, KS for that...

That guy is getting screwed by ebay. He's listed it more than once, and they keep canceling it. Wish they'd quit that! I was just getting ready to bid on the darn thing! Was dreading the drive up there if I won it tho...
