I'm gonna run up I-77 this morning and go by the Love's near the NC, SC border and see what it is here today. SC is traditionally one of the cheapest 2 or 3 states in the country for fuel.

Compared to most of you across the U.S., I am paying more for un-taxed home heating oil than what you are paying for on road diesel. WTF???????

Here in Wake Forest, NC (outside of Raleigh) it's been at $3.339 for well over 8 weeks now and I've been paying around $2.999 for non-highway for the JD.

$3.13 at the cheapest place I'm aware of in SC. Should have filled up on Sunday. This stuff doesn't go up a penny or so at a time, it does in 5 or 6 cent's at a time.

I've been getting fuel since i bought my truck a yr. and a half ago for around 2.00 bucks a gallon. I fill up across the border once a week.
Sunday my gauge read just under the 1/4 mark so i ran and filled up with $60 dlls worth. The price is 5.71 p/liter which is great, but this hog of a truck is only giving me 11 miles to a gallon... i've checked all the usual stuff and can't get better mileage out if it.

i guess there is not as much demand in BFE, i mean Spokane, WA.

It is truly a shame that they can stick it to us like this.

Fuel took a huge jump today, got it last Friday for 3.22 and todays price 3.39.

Did some war break out some where or did we have a flood?? I don't understand how fuel prices and rise and fall at a single persons whim...

On a side note, I had to have have my propane tank filled last Friday and the price was 2.05 a gallon. I got 450 gallons 6 momnths ago and spend about $500.00 and I get 250 gallons and spent over $500.00.... So heating the home is WOW... Can you say solar panels in my furture...

Doc.

Agreed, it's not the troops fault and i support them 100000%, it the candy a$$ politicians at the top that have subscribed to the blame America first mindset. The world is not our fault, America IS. And people the world over are mad because we have had it so good for so long and would love to see us fail. It sure is hard bringing kids up today with the schools trying to make them feel apologetic for all that we have accomplished. Has everything been done correctly, of course not. But that's no reason to travel back in time at the expense of our own economic growth. If that were a solution, dont you think the oil companies would do that? The oil companies are saying youre right it is your fault America, so there...."take what you can, give nothing back." (Captain Jack Sparrow)

It's working for big oil, is it not?

i dont even remember where i was going with this now (but it was a good though several minutes ago!! LOL), going to bed.

America Rules!!!!!!
