Diessel is still $3.99 a gallon here... I have to do something to help myself out to save money.

It went down five cents!!!!! now all it has to do is drop another $1.25 and I'll be happy again.

make it $2.25 and then i'll be happy. Dang, diesel was $1.25 (at a lot of places here) in early 04.

Very true. They raise it so much, sit there for a while, and drop it half of what it went up. Then everybodys happy it dropped, but never realize its still higher then it started.

If anyone is still watching this thread the national average just went down to under 4 bucks for the first time in 10 or 12 days.

Yep, $3.99 doesn't sound like $4. Just like $19,999.99 isn't $20k. My buddy filled up again in mx yesterday and he told me it was $1.50 this last time. He has ordered the transferflow tank to take advantage. I am still working on my BD but I may need to do this as well.

I can't find where NY taxes are .37,I show 26.6 diesel and 16.4 gas, they seem to be quite a bit less than NC @.31 and Fla @.29 for diesel
NC is .31 for gas and diesel

Ok so going home last night it was $3.99 and this morning to my suprise it was $3.86 so I stoppped and topped off the tank. Still cost me $52.00...
