I was passing thru Baton Rouge (La.) today and I saw a sign I could not believe.
Albertson Express had Diesel for $3.199. Didn't know Albertson had gas stations.
I pulled in and filled up, bad news, I could only take 10 gallons.

Albertsons has a station north of me and flying-j tanker drops fuel to it

I got really lucky a few weeks ago. The damn station (EZ go) on Sheridan Road in Lawton just prior to the guard shack entering Fort Sill had the wrong price listed for about 4 hours. I drove by it early a.m. and didn't believe the roadside sign, as it said $2.25. I figured it was just an error on the sign and the pump would say $3.25 An hour later I drove by and stopped, and I looked around and grabbed the nozzle as quick as I could to top her off. Called some folks I new with diesels, then got the hell out of there before someone caught the mistake...

Man, I felt like I was stealing or something...... then I realizes I was stealing from the damn thieves that have been stealing from me for the past 2 years!!!!!!!!!!

Reminds me of the fee we were charged by CPL for so many years that was going towards building the nuclear power plant (around houston i think) with the promise of much lower rates rates in the future .

20 years later, NO-NO to nuke plant and I had to switch to a power plant that LEASES the lines from CPL because their rates are cheaper.

Think any of us will ever get our money back? Electric rates are disgusting right now- right up there with the price of fuel.

Fuel prices suck, diesel is on the rise as are power rates.

Got fuel yesterday. $3.499 here in central AZ. I had $110.00 in my pocket. After I filled up I had $3.00 in my pocket. Had a bowl of cereal for dinner.

But I can still afford to smile.

$3.69 in SW Fla yesterday,only got 9mi on the tank I paid 3.49 for, might last til I can get it for $4.00

Paid 3.95 at Shell today here in San Diego.

Ill have to get a picture of the sign but the most expensive station in my area just hit $4.09 today. first time I have ever seen a 4 as the first digit.

Most places around me are $3.85-$3.96 for diesel.

Went to Lowes this morning, passed by station, Diesel said 3.19, i ask my wife, did it say 3.19 she said yes.Went home and got the truck and filled her up. I ought to go get a couple of drum's, and fill them up. By the way this is in Staunton, Va. and it is 500ppm fuel.

I'm guessing you drove by Mobil first then Citgo and I don't know for the last.
