Upgrading to 20's on '04 FX4 and Balancing Issues

I have read that there are potential issues with upgrading to after market wheels with how they are balanced: centered on the hub vs. centered with the lug nuts, and that it can be difficult to keep them balanced. Does anyone have any experience with that issue? I need to purchase tires and want to move from 18s to 20s. Thanks.

I run 20's on my 04 SuperCrew in the spring/summers and never had any issues with balance or degradation in ride.
