well figured out what the surge problem was and i want to thank everyone who had some input to my problem. Turns out that yes it was the TRS or neutral safety switch, MLPS, switch and what ever other abbreveations that part has.

Great to hear. Did the trans shop fix it or did you take care of it?

nah i live 1 hour from the big city so took care of it myself . had my fiance bring me a new trs. from advance auto from the city and of course the parts genius argued with me over which part # it was yada, yada, yada. he sent me the wrong one. so i pulled it off my self and tore it apart and cleaned it up and put it back together problem solved. although yeah its still going back after crwling around under there i came to the suspect that he migh not have done what i asked.. noticed that he didnt replace the pan gasket, i had put on there last year when i changed the fluid. he just painted it up to cover the dirt grease and oil.
