boring cylinders

I have a 75 460, excellent shape except some water got into 2 of the cylinders and rusted a little, can you just bore 1 or 2 cylinders and get away with it, the motor has low miles and does not even have a ring ridge, hate to have to spend the money to do the whole motor.

If it isn't rusted too bad, a good honing may take care of the problem. To answer your question tho, no you can't just bore 1 or 2 cylinders. This would throw the engine out of balance pretty seriously I would think.
