Oil In 7.3 Intercooler Tubes

I had to remove the pipe coming out of the turbo on my 7.3 that goes into the intercooler because it was rubbing on the power steering pump and had a hole in it . When I took it off I found a lot of oil inside the tube . Any ideas ?

Thanks...

Sorry , This is on my early 99 F350 dually . I also have a new F450 dually . It's a great truck so far with the exception of horrable milage . My 04 was a 6.0 liter , I got rid of that piece of crap after only 75K miles.

3/4T man is starting off with a positive reputation.
It is from the turbo and also from the crankcase breather located in the driverside valvecover alot of guys unhook this and reroute it using heater hose because they are concerned about the oil clogging the intercooler hope that this helps some.
