Well I have made another Ford (mercury) purchase! Got it for $250... Let me know what you think... Did I get a good deal (I think so) or did I just buy another junker? I havent gone to pick it up yet, but will this coming week...

The body looks nice and straight. It's hard to say if the drivetrain will be in usable shape.

 

He told me it was last ran/licensed in 99, so I am hoping I can get it running! But I guess we'll see....

I was surprised nobody else bid on it (both of those 2 bids were me). I guess because it was in the collectables category and not the autos for sale?

Congrats on a smokin deal, at that price/location who cares if it runs as long as the body is at least decently rust free.
At worst case you have a reasonble priced parts truck.....

That is a nice truck hard to find deals like that on the internet. I know that truck kinda, I live about 15-20 kms away from it.
