Sussex County Emergency Operations Center are asking those people that use mobile phones to register their number with a statewide database that will be used by Delaware Emergency Notification System. In an emergency, it's imperative that they will be able to contact the public and advise them of a potentially hazardous situation. to register your cell phone, call 866-484-3264 or on log onto, http://www.firstcall.net/unlisted.htm
