No Tail or instrument panel lights

1987 Bronco11 2.9 4x4
Fuse keeps blowing when I turn on the headlight switch. Headlights work fine, its the dash lights and rear tail running lights that keep blowing a fuse. I bypassed the fuel relay switch also 4 months ago, so i have it toggled to my fuel pump (Its the only way i can get it to run) Any help would be apreciated

Headlight switch could also be a suspect.
