Check this out, 0-60 MPH calculator.

I did a reverse enginering, I put in the HP and 6600 LBS until I got my 0-60 time that I got from my Gtech. Came up with 450HP, with a 0-60 of 6.5 secs. Do that Hp number seam high?

there is no way your truck is 6600 lbs on the hoof. the last time i weighed mine with no one in the truck and about half of tank of fuel it was 7910. which then leads my to believe either you G-tech is off or the formula you are using is not correct

I wouldn't trust the calculator... It doesn't take into account for gear ratio or tire size.

So I would think that a dually would be pushing 9k very easily with a cap and or tools and tool boxes. That dually axle alone is a beast, not to mention the wheels and tires.

I promise you that 5500 curb weight is a mistake.

Your about 175rwhp short of 450 with your mods. Your weight is also a touch low. My cc 4x4 tips the scales at 8000lbs w/o a whole lot of tools in it.
read this, then do your own search.

http://www.automotive.com/2002/43/ford/f-250/reviews/summary-specifications/index.html
The truck listed on that page has to be a gasser due to the hp/ tq ratings.
