oil can in the hood ?

Question oil can in the hood ?
My hood has a oilcan effect.will this goaway when the hood struts are tightened,or do I need to shrink the metal?

Hey Doc!! , Got a picture of it?? Put a light in an area that shows your problem , Axracer gave a great detail on shrinking in a thread about 2 weks ago , the picture tells alot though,PICS..we like PICS Good Luck!!
