I didn't see it mentioned, but what about Sea Foam Deep Creep? That stuff is a little pricey, but it could be worth it if it works.

I had another go at the acetone/ATF mixture with the other exhaust manifold on the swap motor. This time I drenched ever bolt and heat shield nut a few times and let it set for 2 hours. I only had 1 bolt break off on me which is a big improvement over the other side where I had 7 break!

What got my attention was when I removed a crusty bolt, I could smell acetone on the deep threads, so maybe it does get deep down in there.

Results: Complete and total sucess the minute i put the socket on each bolt head the broke loose. Made that the easiest water pump replacement I have done. Thanks for the advice on that one. I will never go wrong with this again.

On a side note applied same 50/50 to my torsion bar bolts (04 Heritage) which had been siezed from tons of road salt. Cranked on them and set exactly where I wanted, easy as pie.

I'm glad you call it panther p*ss too hahaha. Ive got a lot of Motorcraft ATF layin around in the garage. I just need to get me some acetone.
