1991 F150 351 5.8L
Stock 15 x 7.5 tires
E40D
Not sure what rear end it is, but most likely whatever it rolled outta the factory with.
Right now I'm averaging 10mpg, but I mostly attribute that to it being winter & letting my truck warm up sufficiently before driving. Also because my job duties right now have me driving back and forth between work and another location on a daily basis, so there's a lot more starting and stopping.
My average over the last 3 years has been 13-14 depending on how much city driving I do.

1989 F250 351w 4x4 Regular cab, long bed, 92k miles
Truck weighs ~6000 with all of my regular equipment in the truck with me in it.
Dana 44HD straight axle front, Sterling 10.25 rear (3.55LS gears in both), BW1356 Transfer case, NP435 Tranny (No OD gear)
About 7" lift in the front, 5" in the rear.
Shorty Pacesetter headers, 3" dual exhaust into 3" Summit Street & Strip mufflers. No Smog equipment,
Massive "Deer Slayer" pipe bumper on the front, weighs about 250lbs w/ winch mount, lund visor.
On stock 235/85R16 tires I average 12-13 MPG
On 35x12.5 tires I was averaging 10-11 MPG (that is WITH an accurate speedometer)
Most current picture

You know you are just wasting your money putting anything over 88 octane in right? Unless you have the timeing advanced far enough that you need the higher octane rating, I wouldn't worry about running premium.

i have an 88 f350 4x4 crewcab, longbed with 460ci and from what ive been told 4.10 gears. running 35x12.5/17 tires. at 55mph im at around 2800-2900 RPM. im getting between 9-11 MPG. im sure if i would be able to lower my RPM a little, my MPG would be a little better. i dont hotrod it around thou, those days are over. gas to expensive. any ideas on how to lower my RPM's without having to spend lots of money would be appreciated.
i have a C6 w/ no over drive and i run regular gas in it. 88 octane.

Specs are in the sig. I get 8.5-10 city in the morning and the truck never even warms up, so I'm sure that's not good for mileage. As for highway, 14 with the cruise @ 80mph to keep with traffic. Next trip up north I make will be with cruise @65-70mph, with all new vacuum system and fuel injectors. Hoping for some increase. Will report with results.

1988 F250 dually, 460, C4. I wanted to scrape the factory exhaust and convert it to cat free duals. My muffler guy said it would perform poorly since it has a front and rear O2 sensor and heat tubes. His fix was to increase the size of the exhaust rear of the cat to 3" and then 3" inlet to the muffler and tail pipe. I got 9 miles wherever I drove conservatively. Took a ride to upstate NY from PA and kept a steady 65-70mph on the long roads. Now 12mpg and it cost me $350.00.
