hey guys looking to remove my muffler and just straight pipe my exhaust going to gut my kitty.
I cannot find stainless exhaust pieces to fab up a muffler delete. I know one is available that is aluminized steel but would like to keep it all stainless.
Any thoughts???

I'd say big truck shops, or a store that specializes in perfomance products, maybe they can order one for you.

I did some more looking and they are either stainless for custom exhaust or th epieces are $$$ so I will either do the one from pure diesel or maybe I will get lucky and find some in a big truck shop. Fleet pride only has steel in stock.
My rig has cost me almost $1300 since the 1st of december vacum pump, 4x4 vacum solenoid, fuel pump and the infamous ICP sensor( that should be paid for by ford...well see) It kind of ate up my play money
I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for but I believe AFE makes a 4" 409 stainless steel muffler delete pipe.

I do not believe that anyone has a muffler delete pipe in stainless for a stock system. If you want to keep uit all stainless you can cut and modify the existing intermediate pipe and install a 3.5" test pipe that will work 100%. Since there is no bending involved just welding any muff shop could do the work if you are not a good welder.
There is a link here somewhere on FTE for the procedure I am talking about.
