My 67 Ford N Series truck

I never know what board to post messages with. Do I post on the 61 to 66 board or post on this board? My truck is a 1967 model, but it has a cab the same as a 61 to 66 model. Since it is a 67 I will post here today. I am continuously upgrading my truck trying to make things better. I have recently installed a higher rear end to get a little more speed out of it. I have enclosed a picture here for you. I have up dated my web site with many new pictures of the truck on it. I have encluded before and after pictures. Drop by and take a look, it may take a few seconds to load probably longer if you have dial up but the music is worth the wait.

Sharp looking Rig; love to see it hauling several F100's to Supernationals on a Car hauler. Looks great, I would be smiling too if I own one of those that nice.
Very impressive......

Loved your web site as well....

I have a flat bed for it, and also a 30 foot dry box van for it also.

I would like to make a crewcab pickup version of the N series. Hey Michelle, how many crewcab N series were made; furthermore, is it possible to find one at all? By the way, thats an awsome truck!

The N series was built from 1963 to 1969 in fairly good numbers, but they are becoming harder and harder to find. They came in sizes from N 500 up to 1,000 series. There are still some around if you look. It seems that mary are still in the north east and northern states. The mobile home toter that is listed on e-bay is grossly over priced. The most popular models are the diesel models and the N 850 and up. The 850 and 950 were both tandem models with the 1000 a singel axle model. My truck was a tandem truck until I changed the rear to a singel axle International air ride. Ford did make a crew cab version of that truck too. I have a picture of a crew cab on my website. I too have toyed with the idea of building an N series pick up.

I thought it was way overpriced too. However, I did not want to offend, just in case I was wrong. It looks like and old, used truck, with a quick coat of paint. This is the second time it has been listed. No bids first time.

Steve, actually this is the third time I have seen it listed on flee-bay. The first time I saw it was about three or four years ago, before it got its new coat of paint. If my memory serves me correctly it either sold for or the owner was asking 1500 at that time. This time the ad says original owner which I am not certain of. Also says over 10,000 invested. The only thing I can see is a coat of paint, certainly no money was spent on the interior. They mention some engine work, but a new engine would not have cost anywhere near that much.

I missed the first listing. There was a pretty long discussion about it on another forum that I visit regularly. I'll have to post a link to your website there.

Yeah that discussion did get pretty long winded didn't it.

I knew where there was an N model with an old Holmes wrecker body on it.I'm gonna have to go look when the weather gets warmer.
