Smile New Guy sayin' Hi

Hi....

Just kiddin!! Anyways I picked up an 04 X back in December, 6.0l, eddie bauer, 2 tone white over tan. It has a 4" lift w/315's on it. Had 58k on it, squeeky clean oasis report so I went for it.

I really am enjoying this rig. My first powerstroke, but not my first diesel. I have been (well still am) a Cummins guy for a while (flame suit on). I also have an 03 Dodge quad cab dually with a 5.9 HO Cummins, 6 speed laramie. I mainly use that for towing my toyhauler, and it gets stored in my shop for the winter. I can't force myself to subject it to the road salt up here in central NY.

I allready have found a ton of useful info on here, thanks so much. Looking forward to having my X for quite a while.

Welcome, we won't hold the Dodge thing against you...everyone makes mistakes The more time goes by the more you will love the Ex like we all do. and just so you know it makes a great tow vehicle (with some minor mods). I've got about 16k of my 42k mile towing and it has been a piece of cake!

Welcome aboard!...

I see you are from NY...I grew up in Jersey and have been a Giant's fan all my life...being in Indiana now...my daughters love the Colts...but I root for the other Manning...the younger one!

As long as you're not a Buffalo or Jets fan we'll be okay!

Welcome to the Ex family!...you'll find this forum very NON confrontational and a GREAT place for information about our Ex's!

joe.

Thanks guys!! My toyhauler is a 5th wheel X_hunter, no towing it with the X. My Cummins has @47k on it, 30k or more is towing. Being that it's an 03 with no emissions garbage (egr, cat, ect..) I need to keep her a long, long time!!
