I passed NJ inspection with 36's on stock suspension. Umm if you ask some private inspection places if they would over look the lift. It wouldnt be worth taking the lift off. Have you looked up ur state rules about lifts?

You could go down to your DMV or do a google search. You could also make a post in the maryland chapter forum.

If all brake lines 9Including em's r lower or lengthen and lift install looks neat. It may pass in PA . I say may because I know of 2 station who will not do it now. They r getting clamped down on. Good luck

im an a lisenced inspector in NH and the lift law here is basically how hig off the ground your frame is. i forget the actual height but its something like 30" give or take..haven't inspected an off road truck in a while. if it is just the bumper height or frame height they are concerned about then get the stock tires for your truck. that will lower the overall height but a lot depending on what tire you put on to replace your current ones. then take it to get inspected, and when its done and passed, put the bigger tires on. that way they can't fail you for a being to high and it covers there *** too. good luck

You can always register in another state

I "Live" in florida . We do not have emmissions test. They are to easy to manipulate (the computer). And no 1, I no, would pass an inspection......Lol

Just wait till Ole Crist trys his "...cleaner Florida..." He's coasing up with Arnold in kaliforina right now.... I have bad feeling about this! Here in Southwest Fla, tall trucks are all over the place and some people I know never had problems(so far) with major lifts.

Florida also has lift laws also. From what I under stand here anyways the bumper can only be so high and the same goes with the headlights.
