hybrids-
those pics r nuts!! love them!!!!
Standard book says a 2wd needs 8 inches to clear 37s and a 4x4 needs 6 to clear 37s. obviously if you do nor care about a little rub or cutting, a 4.5 inch lift on a 4x4 will clear 37s well. install f250 bishwacker cutout flares and add 4 inches and you will be golden.
let us know

I eat I may have to disagree with you on the 37's on a 6 inch lift without cutting. Dont see it happening. It will rub the springs no doubt in my mind. I am looking at 36's fro my truck right now as we speak . I do not want to raise it up another 2 inches and go with 37's becuase then you must swap gears out unless the X came with at least 410 from factory. 373 will not cut the 37 inch tire. I plan on purchasing a set of interco 36 today. As far as jones gettting 37's on 4inches of lift as you said he better be ready fro a lot of cosmetic changes to the truck. That is a lot of tire in a small space. Snurtle what are your thoughts on this. YOu have some good knwoedge when it comes to the lift . Look at your monster that is one beautiful truck.

the spring issue is resolved by just backspacing and offset.my 44's are 18.5 wide and no rubbing on springs.all in the backspacing.the rubbing on the fenders is what i would worry about.but if your not worried about cutting i say go for it.fenders are going to be the enemy,not the springs.especially if your going to change the rims anyways...and you can always change the bumpstops if you rub the spring and dont change the rims

Opps disregard that post of mine. When u just said bumper stops i reliezed i was wrong. The way u described it, made it look like u were talkin about spacers for rims hahah my bad.

ooo okie no biggie..i was thinking.."does he know something i dont?"..lol yaa only think its going to do is make your wheels LOCK a lil sooner then normal,but it wont hit the leafs that way..nothing else is affected so its a cheapsolution if you dont have the $$ for new rims and tires OR you like the setup you have

haha i kno, i hate when i post stuff and then i get that feeling haha. Ur right about the cheap solution. Its better if u dont plan on keeping the truck for a very long time. Sucks for the second owner

how would it have a better turn radius? I can see it havein a better turn radius then a CC LB but not a cc sb. A cc sb is the same size as a ex. Isnt it?
