good, it is silly to get mad over text... now 1/2 the sh** I say online, I would never say in person... Online I'm very outspoken, offline, I'm rather quiet.

 

I twould have to pretty serious to get upset on here.I've read a few thread's that turned out to be quite the pissing match.Some very nasty thing's were said.

 

FIBC.com can get pretty brutal, a few of the guys on there are 's outright, and will do anything to **** people off.. Shrug, it aint worth it to get upset over text...

I've already had 1 heart attack (altho very mild). I dont need stress in my life to bring on a BIG one.

Nope. I quit 2 jobs, got fired from one, moved back to North Van, and lost 100lbs in a year. I went from 100+hrs p/week to 40. The hard work I do, is better for me than sitting on my *** infront of a computer for 10hrs a day.

 

Ya that's true.Consider it a free gym membership.

 

that too. I have been there since Jan 6, and I have gained almost 20lbs in muscle, and my cardio is way up, and I have lost about 4" of belly flab.
