42-47 door lock help

I am trying to find new door handles and door lock mechanism for 42-47 ford pickup doors for a mate of mine any help would be great thankyou

Most all vendors of early Ford parts will have all the parts you need. The door lock generally is not an exact reproduction, however it will work without any modifications. The door handles (inner and outer) are easy to find as well, same as '38 Standard passenger car as well, I believe. hope this helps you out.
