BBK intake in 351

i have a 95 f150 with a 351, i did a full exhasut and want an intake to match. i found a nice and in my spending limits BBK cold air intake for a mustang. i think it'd be cool to put it on. its for a 5.0 and i could make it work, but would there be any problems running just a cold air intake for a 302 on a 351. its kinda the cheap kit with just the pipe and cone fliter. you guys have been very helpful in the past, any help would be very appreciated
thanks
matt

Your factory intake filter system is a real cold air intake.. meaning it draws air from outside the engine compartment. Replacing that with an open air filter will make more noise but will hurt milage and performance.
