You won't get the full affect because its diluted but you can mix them with no problem.

you can mix them, it just wont be as effective.

Thanks guys!! I will go top off now. I just didn't want to mix them and as a result be cleaning the windshield with what amounts to battery acid.

If you use the spray bottle and it is hard to remove, buff lightly with a towel, then run water over the haze and it should disappear...
